Time for another Pink Saturday! Take some time today to visit Beverly's blog and the other Pink Saturday participants!
Today I want to share with you the beautiful shawl that my 10-year-old daughter, Lynzie, made for her American Girl doll, Felicity.
Lynzie has been sewing for almost a year now and is getting better and better all the time!
I think Felicity looks pretty happy with her new shawl, don't you? Good job, Lynzie!
cute Happy Pink Saturday..
ReplyDeleteHow refreshing to see little girls still play with dolls and sew in this day and age with all it's technology!
ReplyDeleteHi! I'm Becky, just wanted to introduce myself - I love your blog and especially love the background! I recently started my own blog and linked to your blog on it - as a good blog to read!
ReplyDeleteLove the fabric used in your post :)
Have a nice weekend!
What a lovely shawl for you doll. We don't have dolls like that her in Australia very much unless we are collectors and have the money to buy them. And yours is in such beautiful condition.
ReplyDeleteFollowing you back! It's lovely, I am so sad that they are discontinuing Felicity. By the time my Charlotte graduates from her (one) Bitty Twin, none of the old favorites will be left.
ReplyDeleteVery cute. Happy belated PS.
