This was really good, my hubby even complimen...Wow! This was really good, my hubby even complimented it. I only marinated the pork for 8 hours, didn't have any honey so I used brown sugar, and I added some Chinese Five Spice. I added the cooking water from the veggies to the meat juices, added a cornstarch wash to make a sauce for the meat and rice. The pork was so flavorful and moist.
