Power Up Your Oral Health with Philips Sonicare #cbias #powerupursmile

My husband, Jamie, is a gadget guy and he loves to try out fun and innovative products.  He works as a computer software programmer, so anything "techie" is right up his alley.  When he found out that we would have the chance to try out the brand new Philips Sonicare PowerUp toothbrush, he was pretty excited!  It's the little things, right?

One thing we were excited about when we received the brush in the mail was the quote on the front of the package, "A month's worth of brush strokes in a day."  Wow!  That sounded awesome and we couldn't wait to see if it really held up to that claim.

After the very first use, Jamie declared this electric toothbrush to be amazing!  He sometimes has trouble with plaque build up on his bottom teeth, and said he could tell that the brush had already removed some that first night.

The brush has a two minute timer which helps him to make sure he brushes for an appropriate amount of time.  He has been using the brush for seven days now and his teeth are noticeably whiter and there is less build up than before.  He thinks this is the best brush he's ever used, and I think that quote I mentioned on the package is right on!

Now that he won't be needing that toothbrush anymore, I asked Jamie what he thought the old one would be good for:

If we give one to each of the kids, we'll have those bathroom walls sparkling in no time!

Toothbrushes are one of those things that we just can't imagine living without.  However, have you ever thought about how we've come by our modern styles of brushes?  Check out this neat video from Philips about the evolution of the toothbrush.

You can find the new Philips Sonicare PowerUp toothbrush at Walmart.com for less than $20!  What an amazing price for such a great product.  For more information, visit Philips Sonicare here:

  1. I love hearing that he noticed results that first day....how great! I'm sure I'm not brushing for 2 minutes with my manual so having the timer on the PowerUp would be a big help to me.
