Pretty Green Sugar Bowl: Make Bake Create #44

My husband, Jamie, has been practicing with some neat cake decorating techniques. These are gum paste flowers that he formed using cutters, presses, and other neat tools. He made us a heart-shaped cake this past weekend and was going to toss these. Of course, I said NO WAY and snatched them up for my pinks and greens shelf!

My mom sent me this gorgeous sugar bowl for a Valentine's Day gift. I absolutely love it...and look how well it goes with the other things I'm collecting...

I think it's from the same set as the little dish on the left. Beautiful!

  1. I am glad you like the sugar bowel. Jamie did great!

  2. Beautiful collection and your mom's sweet gift is perfecttly matched, I wouldn't even believe it was separate! Your daughter is becoming very talented in the craft of decorating with sweets...I love the roses!
Thank you for hosting dear Sarah.

  3. Thanks for hosting each week. I brought over some Chocolate Chocolate Brownie Bars. Enjoy!
I had a tall pitcher very similar to beautiful sugar bowl. It got in the way of a soccer ball one day and was never the same. Oh well, so go the days of our lives!
