Homemade Peanut Butter Oreos

This week I made these delicious Homemade Peanut Butter Oreos!  I've made Homemade Oreos before, using this recipe from Hope Studios.  This past weekend was the first time I tried them with a peanut butter filling and they are SO yummy!  Here's my recipe for the filling:

Peanut Butter Oreo Filling

4 TB butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 TB milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients well and scoop in between cookie layers.

I love this cute Log Cabin Paper Quilt activity that Teacher@Home did with her kids.  My little ones would have a blast with this!

This Baby Sock Christmas Ornament is such a cute and simple idea---I can't believe I haven't thought of it!  Thanks, Noreen, from Crafty Journal, for sharing it with us!

I'm really excited about these Peach Crisp Cookie Cups from Shaken Together.  I just started selling Pampered Chef products again and this is a recipe I can make using several of the items in my starter kit!
