When I was going through the pictures, I was reminded of this one we took of her when she was just a few days old. This was her first day at church and she was wearing Lynzie's red baby dress. |
...and the baby dress! Why oh why do they have to grow up so quickly? |
I made a couple other sets but have yet to fill them with pictures and embellishments. |
This one is my favorite but I think I'll change out that weird white bow at the bottom left of the page on the right. The lace was sent to me by a good friend from Finland whom I met on Bookcrossing.com. |
Blessings!

Very pretty! :) I too, have tons of scrapbooking things and pictures...but no time. I recently have been working on smash books because they take a little less time...but I still want to scrapbook. We may be putting their baby photos in when they've grown up and moved away! ha!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting! I love scrapbooking & just started to do more digital. I have to say I love either way. When I get the chance I love pulling out all the papers & creating with my hands. I need to do that soon. Looks like yours is off to a good start!
ReplyDeleteI have never gotten into scrape booking. Worlds of Peoria have them. I enjoy so much when you share some of your family. Each and every one is so special and unique in their own way. You and hubby are raising a super family. I dropped by your daughter's blog.
ReplyDeleteI have tons and tons of supplies too! Way behind on putting my books together. I luv that both dresses coordinate. (;
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday.
ReplyDeleteYou did a nice job with your layouts! I've just gotten into creating with paper (I sew a lot!! :)...and have really loved it. Gads...the paper stash grows fast, doesn't it? :)

I put a post on your party. I will stop by when I have something to share. You have a beautiful family.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful subject for sure. I love them all but the finished pages are my fave.

I love to browse the scrapbooking aisles at the craft stores but haven't taken the plunge into starting my own project (yet). After reading your post, I think that a project involving my children is the best place to start. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday,
Erica
You have a beautiful family!
ReplyDeleteCatching up with PINK Saturday entries.
My PINK
Have a great week ahead.
I love the combination of textures and colors you've created in here. I'll try doing this mix and match design you got here on my own stuff too, perhaps to my file case or my file holders or both? Thanks for the idea by the way. -Demi B.
